Cape Club of Palm City to Invest in Fox Club Florida

Michael Intoccia has spent more than 35 years as a real estate developer active throughout the Sharon, Massachusetts area. More recently, Michael Intoccia has worked on Florida golf courses and facilities, such as the Cape Club of Palm City.

The Cape Club of Palm City expanded operations in 2022 by acquiring Fox Club Florida, a semi-private organization in Palm City with an 18-hole golf course. The Cape Club, meanwhile, manages a number of championship caliber golf facilities throughout the United States, including clubs in Sharon and Falmouth, Massachusetts.

The Fox Club will enjoy a major capital investment, with renovations planned for both the course and supporting facilities. Kristi Tower, a longtime associate of Fox Club, will oversee the transition and renovations in her new role as general manager. The plans for the course include a complete overhaul of all bunkers, installation of an advanced irrigation system, improved landscaping and golf cart paths, and a general refurbishing of each hole, with more comprehensive plans for holes 10 and 18 in the works.
