The Championship Golf Course of the Cape Club of Sharon
Michael Intoccia is an accomplished real estate developer who works out of Sharon, Massachusetts. Michael Intoccia’s local projects include the Cape Club of Sharon.
A fully appointed country club surrounded by a community of condominiums, the Cape Club of Sharon features a newly renovated clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, and swimming pool. However, the central feature of the Cape Club of Sharon has to be its championship golf course.
Otherwise known as the Spring Valley Course, the Cape Club of Sharon golf course spans 6,822 yards and challenges golfers with a par of 72. Former American Society of Golf Course Architects president Geoffrey S. Cornish originally designed this course in 1959, and famed course architect Craig Schreiner completed extensive renovations on it in 2006.
Featuring wide scenic fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and well-manicured, undulating greens, the Spring Valley Course is one of the top golf courses in Massachusetts. It has hosted a number of respected tournaments, including the Massachusetts Open Championship and the NEPGA Massachusetts Chapter Championship.
